Remembering Summer

As we've settled into the winter doldrums, my mind drifts back to warm summer nights. I proceesed a shot that had been sitting on one of my SD cards for too long: "Last Cast".

I was doing one of my favorite things: Roaming the waterfront here in Southern Maine looking for something interesting to shoot. I came across a fisherman in a kayak fishing in the channel between Drake's Island and Wells Harbor. The sun setting behind him created a powerful silhouette that I captured with an 80-200 mm lens.
